During the entire previous period and up to the present, except when he held the position of
Attorney General of the Nation, has practiced the profession of attorney privately, especially, in matters related to insurance, banking, litigation of Civil Law, Mercantile, Constitutional, Public International of Human Rights, Administrative and Penal.

Teaching:
He has been a professor of Public Finance and Tax Law and Procedural Law Criminal of the University of Panama.
